Ten release utwardza przepływ dokumentowy jako część Enterprise OS:

Najważniejsza zasada pozostaje bez zmian: źródłem prawdy jest baza danych. Word/PDF/HTML są wyłącznie eksportem końcowym.

## Safety

0.78.21 nie wykonuje automatycznie:

- podpisu pacjenta,
- publikacji PDF jako źródła prawdy,
- wysyłki komunikacji do pacjenta,
- automatycznego zatwierdzenia zgód.
