# Baltique OS Core 2.0.1 — Official PL/EN, Role Workspaces & Mobile

## Deployment
1. Back up files and database.
2. Extract this ZIP into the Baltique OS root.
3. Run `/upgrade_2_0_1.php` as administrator.
4. Test `/workspace.php`, language switching and `/mobile/index.php`.
5. Configure the VAPID public/private keys before enabling Web Push.

## Native app limitation
Signed APK/AAB/IPA binaries are not included because they require organization-owned Google Play / Apple Developer signing credentials, Firebase configuration and APNs keys. The Capacitor source is included in `mobile_native/`.

## Clinical safety
This release does not enable automatic patient messaging, clinical decisions, OR stage changes, document signing or Digital Twin auto-apply.
