## Professional Clinical Operations & Release Readiness Rebuild — PRO

Version 2.4.0 replaces the generic `0.79.0–2.0.0` roadmap scaffold with an evidence-driven operating programme for UAT, controlled pilots, production-candidate governance, clinical go-live and post-live development.

Installation alone **does not complete** UAT, a pilot, go-live or any milestone. A milestone can reach `GO` only through real test results, approved evidence, resolved critical risks and incidents, accountable role sign-offs and a complete audit trail.

The cumulative package includes the 2.2.0.1 Clinical Experience layer, the 2.3.0 native mobile platform/API and the 2.4.0 Professional Clinical Operations programme. The supported starting point is Baltique OS Core 2.1.0.1 or newer.

Key capabilities include 91 detailed milestones, more than 400 requirements, role-based sign-offs, executable UAT, evidence files with SHA256 outside the public web root, pilot cohorts and shadow comparisons, controlled deployments and rollback, go-live checkpoints, hypercare, controlled automation trials, Digital Twin model governance, Patient Experience experiments, multi-site rollout governance and Enterprise 2.0 product controls.

Automatic clinical decisions, automatic patient messaging, automatic OR stage changes, automatic Digital Twin apply, automatic go-live and automatic milestone approval remain disabled.

The package includes the native React Native / Expo mobile source and server API. Signed Google Play or App Store binaries are not included because clinic-owned developer accounts, certificates, APNs/Firebase credentials and signing profiles are required.
