## UAT Runtime & Premium Rose/Cream Full-Site Repair

This cumulative repair release fixes the executable Role UAT runtime and establishes one final premium visual layer for every HTML screen in Baltique OS.

Key outcomes:

- active UAT and milestone screens use canonical `balt_one()`;
- a safe `balt_row()` compatibility alias remains available for legacy code;
- the Role UAT / Clinical Sandbox 2.4.1 schema is restored when missing;
- every HTML entry point is covered by the shared bootstrap visual injector;
- hard-coded dark page themes are replaced with the current user theme at render time;
- login, navigation registry, searches, forms, release checks, clinical guard cards and PRO panels use the approved Rose & Cream visual language;
- light is the official default, while an explicit dark user preference is preserved.

No clinical automation, patient sending, auto-pass, auto-signoff or automatic go-live is enabled by this release.
