## Clinical Sandbox & Role UAT Activation — PRO

This release activates the first executable post-2.4.0 milestones:

- **0.79.0 Clinical Sandbox Beta** — deterministic, isolated synthetic patient journeys;
- **0.79.1 Role-based UAT** — real staff assignments, executable tests, evidence and findings triage.

Installation does not mean UAT has passed. Milestones still require real execution, evidence, issue remediation and the required human sign-offs.

## Safety boundaries

The sandbox:

- does not write to canonical patient or operative-case tables;
- cannot run in `production`;
- cannot link to a real patient;
- does not send e-mail, SMS, push or portal messages;
- does not invoke external AI;
- cannot auto-pass UAT or auto-sign off a milestone.
