## Clinical Go-Live Master Execution Programme — PRO

Version 2.5.0 closes the gap between **enterprise-ready software** and a **real clinical operating system** with a single database-backed and auditable execution programme.

It introduces 22 workstreams, 94 evidence-driven tasks, regulatory and clinical-safety gates, separate staging/UAT/production qualification, master readiness, cutover rehearsal/live runbooks, 30-day hypercare and 90-day stabilisation.

Installation does not claim that human UAT, regulatory classification, pilot, restore drill or clinical go-live has been completed. Those activities remain blocked until genuine evidence and independent review are recorded.


The live schedule can be exported after T0 is set as CSV or iCalendar from `/system_clinical_go_live_export_250.php`.
