Release 2.6.2 adds a governed perioperative supply chain covering hospital pharmacy, clean-store stock, lots/serials/expiry/recall/quarantine, sterile-set definitions and physical instances, case-specific OR supply plans, issue/consumption/return/waste movements, replenishment alerts, purchase-request workflow, Command Center supply tiles, a persistent select-control repair and the governed PL/EN Magdalena answer library.

Seeded medicines and supplies are reference candidates only. They start as `pending_local_approval`. The system contains no dosing regimens, does not prescribe, does not make automatic clinical decisions and does not submit purchase orders automatically.

Controlled medicines require an independent second confirmation for issue, consumption and waste. Inventory movements that would create negative stock are blocked.
