# Baltique OS Core 2.7.1.1
## Plain-language update and Magdalena Studio runtime repair

This release fixes two blocking defects:

1. `SQLSTATE[21S01] / 1136 Column count doesn't match value count` during the 2.7.1 update;
2. `Call to undefined function balt2621_guide_table_exists()` when opening `/system_patient_care_guide.php`.

It repairs the registry INSERT contracts, safely resumes an interrupted 2.7.1 update, restores the patient-guide studio bootstrap, adds defensive recovery loading to all studio screens, and provides `/upgrade_2_7_1_1.php`.

No patient data, clinical decisions, GO/HOLD state, payments, signed documents or outbound communication are modified.
