This maintenance release targets Baltique OS Core 2.7.2.1.

## Main changes

1. Repairs procurement SQL failures caused by `set_name_pl` / `name_pl` schema drift.
2. Supports both historical and canonical sterile-set schemas.
3. Adds a persistent visual-layout layer to Hospital Command Center.
4. Generates rooms and furniture using the approved Premium Rose & Cream strategic style.
5. Provides strategic, source-floorplan and layout-editing modes.
6. Allows governed object creation, movement, editing and archival.
7. Supports layout approval/reopening with an audit trail.
8. Displays patients beside beds only when a real database assignment exists.
9. Opens existing role-filtered clinical details without leaving the board.
10. Preserves pharmacy, clean-store, sterile-set and OR-supply tiles.

The premium illustration is a presentation layer. The authoritative floorplan, room catalogue and database records remain the source of truth. The release creates no synthetic patients and performs no automatic clinical decisions.

Deploy to staging first, run `/upgrade_2_7_2_2.php`, review every floor, approve the visual layout, and complete role-based UAT before production use.
