# Baltique OS Core 2.7.2
## Supplier Ordering and Governed Patient AI Questions

Release 2.7.2 adds two consolidated production capabilities:

1. **Supplier ordering** for pharmacy, clean stores, sterile sets, implants, laboratory, laundry, maintenance, IT, office, services and other approved domains.
2. **Patient questions and AI-assisted answers** using approved knowledge only, with mandatory staff escalation for clinical, medication, laboratory-result and symptom questions.

Automatic supplier e-mail is supported but disabled by default. It requires a verified supplier, approved routing, an approved purchase order, global/supplier/rule opt-in, limits, sending window and a governed cron. The system does not buy or pay automatically.

External AI is disabled by default. The patient Q&A remains functional with approved exact answers and staff escalation.

Minimum base version: Baltique OS Core 2.7.1.

Status: READY FOR STAGING. The release builder did not execute the migration on the live MySQL database.
