# Communication Bridge 500 Hotfix 0.78.20.3

The panel now catches helper/schema failures and renders a diagnostic section. The missing `balt0787_setting()` helper is defined in `app/enterprise_communication_bridge.php`.

Safety remains unchanged:

- no auto-send,
- no automatic patient message,
- no downgrade to 0.78.7,
- refresh is idempotent for the current deployed layer.
