Nie jest to osobna zakładka marketingowa ani automatyczna wysyłka do pacjenta. Źródłem prawdy pozostaje baza danych.

Case Spine otrzymuje pola statusu aftercare, score, summary, id epizodu oraz status NPS/experience.

## Safety guardy

Domyślnie wyłączone:

- `enterprise_aftercare_auto_close_episode_enabled`
- `enterprise_aftercare_auto_send_patient_message_enabled`
- `enterprise_aftercare_auto_request_nps_enabled`
- `enterprise_aftercare_auto_publish_marketing_enabled`
- `enterprise_aftercare_auto_close_red_flags_enabled`
- `enterprise_aftercare_cron_enabled`

System może tworzyć kroki, taski, czerwone flagi i handoff NPS, ale nie zamyka opieki, nie wysyła wiadomości, nie prosi o opinię i nie publikuje marketingu automatycznie.
