# Official editions and role design

## Polish edition
Default edition for staff in Poland. Core shell, navigation, role workspaces, common statuses and mobile interface are localized in Polish.

## English edition
Official English user interface selectable per user. Clinical source content in Content Blocks should only be published in English after clinical/legal approval of each translated block.

## Role perspectives
- Reception: bookings, arrivals, payments and organizational communication
- Coordinator: case spine, blockers, documents, tests and work queue
- Surgeon: consultations, clinical evidence, GO/HOLD, surgery day and aftercare
- Anaesthesiologist: tests, anaesthesia clearance, GO/HOLD and PACU
- Nurse: surgery-day tasks, PACU, discharge, aftercare and red flags
- Operating theatre: OR readiness, event stream, capacity, Digital Twin and tasks
- Ward/PACU: PACU, discharge and aftercare
- Inventory: implants, stock, lot/serial, passport and work queue
- Management: KPI, readiness, release health and governance
- Admin: full system and technical governance

## Mobile
The PWA is immediately installable from a supported browser. The native wrapper source is provided, but store-signed binaries require clinic-owned credentials.
